The team at KO Roofing & Exteriors did an excellent job replacing our roof, downspouts, and gutters following a hailstorm last spring. Adam was our project manager, and he was great to work with and easy to contact whenever I had any questions or concerns. When our roof was installed in September, I was contacted by a neighbor who still needed to get her roof replaced and she was hoping to get it done before winter. I contacted Adam and he was out to visit her the next day and her project was completed within a few weeks. Everyone who I dealt with at KO was professional, friendly, and helpful. The installers did great work, their teams worked well together, and they worked quickly. We did have two minor post-installation issues with the placement of two downspouts and missing gutter guards on a shed but after I contacted Adam, these issues were quickly resolved. Finally, I wanted to mention how pleased we were with how KO worked directly with our insurance company and provided all the information that was needed to fully settle our claim. Based upon our experience, I would highly recommend KO Roofing & Exteriors to anyone who needs to get a roof repaired or replaced.

I have worked with KO Roofing several times now and usually talked with Josh G. the owner. My last home was a completely new roof job and a little involved due to the many roof lines and peaks. Josh knows the insurance side and was a huge help when it comes to that. We fought several issues with the insurance company and in the end they paid everything, just like he said. Good to have someone on your side with the knowledge needed. Since then I have used him on my new home several times for storm repair. They show up and talk you through the entire process. Assessment, insurance, repair, payment. A good roofer is the one that is really on your side. Use KO roofing and you will be happy.

We were hit with a large storm including strong winds and hail. Josh and Adam took care of everything and even coordinated with our insurance company to make sure we were paid correctly. Something that could have been very stressful was handled for us.

I had some issues with a roof installed by a different contractor prior to KO. Josh gave me a lot of advice and when it came time to do the repairs I hired KO for several reasons. Most of all my experience with the customer service that Josh offers is second to none. Since then I have seen many other non roof jobs by KO that are very impressive and would not hesitate to recommend KO.

KO took care of dealing with them (insurance company) and in the end my home was fully resided, roofed, windows fixed, new fence, and insurance covered it. KO took the time to work with me on design, colors, material, etc and when it was complete our home was like new again, only this time looking much newer and nicer on the outside! Highly recommended.

We highly recommend KO Roofing and Storm Repair. The crew was very professional, friendly, and fast. The management answered all our questions and was quick to reply to texts. We love our new siding and will use them again if the need arises.
