A Full Re-Side, Not a Patch Job
Some Springfield homes just need a panel or two replaced. Others need the whole exterior taken apart and rebuilt. This one was the second kind.
We removed the old siding, and — like we do on every job — inspected the sheathing underneath before closing anything back up. We found damaged OSB and replaced it rather than siding over a problem that would’ve shown up again in a few years. From there: a full vinyl lap siding install, new corner and eave trim, new window and door trim (homeowners here chose between LP trim boards and a brick-mold-wrapped-in-metal option — the same choice we walk every customer through), new fascia wrap, full soffit replacement, and a separate soffit section for the front porch so it actually matched the rest of the house instead of standing out. Real contracted work, closed and paid in full.
